Shkoder Cat Cafe & Adoption Center by Spaying it Forward is a unique oasis for cat lovers, animal advocates, orphan kittens, and disabled and formerly homeless cats.

Located in the heart of Shkoder, the cafe is an inviting atmosphere where you can mingle with the cats, sip on a beverage, and meet locals and travelers.

Prior to starting this cafe, Spaying it Forward and its few diehard Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) supporters had privately funded the neutering surgeries of 5000+ cats and dogs around the world. Of those, 2100+ cats and 400+ dogs were in Shkoder.

Help us continue this important work. All proceeds will be spent on our mission of rescuing through prevention, and on the welfare of stray animals.
